The just four-month-old SaaS company Returnflows is now ramping up both its ambitions and pace. The company is joining forces with the agency that developed its original prototype.
"Since the beginning of the year, we have scaled down operations at the agency, which means that only one developer remains to finalize ongoing projects," says Alfred Pries Jensen, Partner at DaxMedia, who will among other things take responsibility for product development in the new venture.
The parties report that the entire DaxMedia team has chosen to transition from the agency to the new mission.
Involved from the Start
"DaxMedia has essentially been with us all the way, as they assisted from the development of the original prototype," says Jeppe Østergaard Hansen, CEO of Returnflows, noting that "it became clear to me how valuable a real partnership could be, and we therefore started discussions relatively quickly afterward."
"For as long as I can remember, we’ve felt the need for a solution like Returnflows through our clients at DaxMedia, and that was also the basis for developing the initial prototype—and for why we are now going all-in," adds Alfred Pries Jensen.
Big Plans
The parties note that there has been a tremendous natural interest in learning more about Returnflows.
"In recent months, we have confirmed that the need we observed among our clients at DaxMedia exists to a large extent in the market among other webshops," says Jeppe Rank Franzen, Partner at DaxMedia and now CTO of Returnflows.
